Getting ready for Bandcamp 2009

Good day to all, ACL here, if you have been enjoying band so far good. If not, is it because band is too tiring?
If your answer to either questions is either yes or no
(still....), this is what you have to read through and DO!!
The Acting Top would not disclose how
"shiong" bandcamp will be and the activities the band will be doing. So, it is my advice, and the Acting Top's advice to our fellow bandsmen, to beef up for bandcamp. How to prepare? Wait for the sky to fall to tone your muscles.
Defination of training( the Atop's defination):
40 push ups
40 sit ups
Total of 60 seconds of leg raisers
Hentak
Per Day.
can do more if you like...And.................................
Remember about your legs too
Good to run after sectionals (to Asls)
To those who are poor in stoning at sedia and senang diri in the platoon, go and train up. No SJAB will attend to you (like in AP), but we guess you will still be taken care off ...
If any bandsmen are still blur, bandcamp is on the 23rd to the 26th( mon to thurs), so make sure each and every bandsmen are free on thoses dates. Holiday as an excuse to skip bandcamp would not be accepted as the week of bandcamp is already in the school diary.
The Atops hopes that bandcamp would not be so tiring even though we trash out tiring activities, hence SJIMB can have a fun and successful bandcamp for the year of 2009.
